Concept & DesignThis initial phase involves collaborating with the client to understand their vision, target market, and desired bottle shape, size, and functionality. Sketches, 3D models, and design iterations are created to refine the concept. And you can provide your packaging samples.

Mold Design The finalized design is translated into a detailed technical drawing, outlining the mold’s dimensions, material specifications, and manufacturing tolerances. Engineers use specialized software to create 3D models of the mold components, ensuring accurate production.

Material SelectionAfter you approve of 3D samples. The choice of mold material is crucial for the bottle’s quality and production feasibility. Options like aluminum, steel, or plastic are considered, taking into account factors like durability, temperature resistance, and cost.

Mold ManufacturingThe mold components are manufactured using precise CNC machining or other advanced fabrication methods. This step involves creating cavities, cores, and other mold elements to shape the bottles. Blowing moulds needs 7-15 days, Injection moulds needs 40-50 days

Mold Assembly & TestingOnce the mold components are complete, they are assembled and rigorously tested. This involves trial runs with the chosen bottle material to ensure proper filling, sealing, and ejection mechanisms. If you need to educe trhe size slightly, it can be okay.

Production & DeliveryThe final, validated mold is used to produce the bottles. This process involves injecting the chosen material into the mold, cooling it down, and extracting the finished bottles. The mold is then delivered to the client, ready for mass production.
